As part of a restruc­tur­ing cam­paign for a lead­ing Swiss insur­er, cometris launched a club for top employees.

This club not only served the reten­tion of Man­age­ment thanks to the var­i­ous ben­e­fits asso­ci­at­ed with the mem­ber­ship, but also enabled club mem­bers to serve as brand ambas­sadors who as suc­cess­ful employ­ees were able to talk first-hand about their jobs.

cometris super­vised the con­cep­tion and mem­ber­ship man­age­ment of the club, and was respon­si­ble for the plan­ning and organ­i­sa­tion of the launch event and oth­er events. The scope of duties also includ­ed defin­ing the visu­al iden­ti­ty of the club and pro­duc­ing video tes­ti­mo­ni­als as well as var­i­ous mer­chan­dis­ing arti­cles with the club logo.
